The application form

When you apply for a partnership we process the name and email address you enter, and anything you choose to write in the message field.

We use this only to assess your application and to reply to you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR).

We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent. We keep applications for as long as needed to assess them and to keep a record of the decision, and then delete them.

Spam protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Cloudflare receives your IP address and limited technical information about your browser for this purpose.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the form from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as a processor and may transfer data outside the EU under Standard Contractual Clauses.

Hosting and server logs

Our host records standard access logs, which may include your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request and your browser type. These logs exist to operate and secure the site and are kept only as long as needed for that purpose.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. We store a single value in your browser to remember that you have dismissed the cookie notice. It stays on your device and is never sent to us.

Fonts, scripts and media are served from our own domain, so loading a page does not disclose your visit to any third party. The only exception is the application form, which loads Cloudflare Turnstile as described above.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable form.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, dsb.gv.at).
